About:
Our "Rotor Blade" award plaques are designed and manufactured here at Heligraphx. 
The Blade (19x6) is a generic design made of solid Epoxy Resin.
All our blade graphics are custom designed to suit your particular recipient.
Included are:
-  Custom Blade Graphics 
- Solid 21. x 10.5 inch Mahogany Backboard
Extra charges:
- $2O. OO For actual Military or EMS 
Pilot/Crew Crew wings.
(no charge for etched wings) 
Normal turn around is 10 days to shipping.

IF YOU NEED IT YESTERDAY?
Ok, we can't to it yesterday, but there is a 
$30.00 fee for expedited (2-3 days to ship date) construction and an increase charge for priority FedEx shipments.
 

Order Process:

  1.  Use the box below to initiate your request.  Please attach any pics or graphics if you have them, plus verbiage for the Text plate.

  2. We will design your plaque.  Once the design is complete,  we will text you a graphic example of what  the rotor award will look like.    You are encouraged to request  changes or modifications to the design.

  3. When design is approved, you will be sent an  invoice that can be paid online.

  4. Once payment is received, we will construct the actual plaque and ship.  You will receive an email with tracking code.

  5. ​Normal turn around is 10 days, call us if you need it yesterday, we will try to meet your deadline.
