The upper (Flight Crew) and lower text (Air Evac 41) can be changed to reflect your base at no extra charge.  Use the menus below to make the changes.
 
If you desire other modifications,  please provide details via the "Customer Instructions". Most modifications will not incur an additional fee.
 
PURCHASE OF THIS DECAL REQUIRES PERMISSION OF AN AUTHORIZED BASE REPRESENTATIVE (PROGRAM DIRECTOR) OR HIGHER. IF THE "NAME, TITLE AND TEXT NUMBER" OF THE AUTHORIZOR IS NOT PROVIDED, THE ORDER WILL BE CANCELED AND FUNDS RETURNED. BY PROVIDING THE AUTHORIZATION INFORMATION YOU ARE CONFIRMING THAT PERMISSION HAS BEEN GIVEN BY THE AUTHORIZOR TO MAKE THIS PURCHASE.
 
Base and crew text will not be reflected on the web graphic, these changes will be changed or modified at heligraphx.
 
Decals larger than 6 inches will incur a $1.50 charge. This extra charge will be reflected when the selection is made.
